The goal of the Operations Department is to provide a clean, safe, and supportive environment for the staff and students of Lincoln County Schools. The Chief Operations Officer oversees Facility Use, Custodial Services, Transportation, Child Nutrition, Safe Schools, Parent/Student Support, and works with the Human Resources Department.

Facility Use
Read the policy in its entirety before completing application 5030-E. To rent a Lincoln County Schools facility, the following must occur:
•Applications for facility use and scheduling must be submitted to the school involved.
•There is a 3 hour minimum (including time for set-up and clean-up) length of time for facility use.
•A certificate of liability insurance with a total limit coverage of $1,000,000 for each claim made must accompany the facility use application. The certificate must list the Lincoln County Board of Education as the certificate holder.
•In order to prove that an organization is nonprofit, it must be registered with the Secretary of State. IRS tax-exempt letters are not acceptable as evidence of nonprofit status.
