Good evening parents, this is Mark Grega, Principal of Asbury academy bringing you a Pirate update. I'd like to first welcome everyone back to the new semester. It's hard to believe that we are already half way through this school year.
As you may already know, PowerSchool alerted NC public schools to a cybersecurity incident impacting student and teacher data across their global client base. This incident was not isolated to NC, or Lincoln County Schools. PowerSchool has shared that the threat has been contained and that the compromised data was not shared and has been destroyed. For more information, visit the district website at www.lcsnc.org. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school.
Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful evening.

Greetings.
As a reminder Asbury’s Friendsgiving luncheon is on Tuesday, November 26 at 11:30 am. We hope to see you there.
Respectfully,
Mark Grega
Principal
