The excitement continued today as Lincoln County Schools hosted day two of the Careers on Wheels event at North Lincoln Middle School! 4th graders from Pumpkin Center Intermediate and Rock Springs Elementary had the opportunity to explore a wide variety of careers through hands-on interactions with local professionals and their vehicles.
The event showcased an impressive lineup of community partners, each bringing their expertise and passion to the students, sparking curiosity and excitement about the many career pathways available right here in Lincoln County. The 4th graders eagerly rotated through each station, spending time learning about different jobs, the skills required, and the importance of the vehicles used in each profession.

It was another fantastic day filled with excitement as students explored everything from emergency services to marine mechanics. By giving students a chance to see these careers in action and hear directly from professionals, we’re planting the seeds for future career exploration and success. We are incredibly grateful to the community partners who made today's event such a success, helping our students understand the real-world applications of what they’re learning in school.
