WLMS had an awesome opportunity to host Dalton Willis, Gavin Haynes, and Hayden Andrews from the Howard's Creek Fire Department to visit with our CTE students! In addition to Mrs. Watson's and Mr. Piercy's classes, our Community In Schools classes joined the presentation as well. Over 100 Chiefs participated. The firemen shared invaluable insights into the world of firefighting, covering everything from crucial fire safety information to certification requirements. A huge thank you to Dalton,Gavin, and Hayden for taking the time to inspire and educate our students. Your dedication and expertise provide a great glimpse into the vital role firefighters play in our community.
