The Careers on Wheels event brings community professionals and their work vehicles directly to the students, offering them a chance to see firsthand how different careers operate outside the classroom. From emergency services to construction, technology, and beyond, the 7th graders were able to learn about the wide range of jobs that keep our communities running smoothly. Our 7th graders got the chance to meet these professionals and continue their exploration of career opportunities. The event offers a deeper look at potential pathways as they begin thinking more seriously about their future education and career options. As students rotated through each station, they spent time with each community partner, engaging in discussions about career paths, job responsibilities, and the skills needed to succeed. Many professionals brought their vehicles, allowing students to explore how these tools are essential in their day-to-day work.
